How did you get started in Modern Pentathlon, and what motivated you to pursue it at the international level?

I started modern pentathlon when I was invited to a pre-nationals training camp at the Olympic training center and based on my performance at that competition I was given an invitation to compete at the Modern Pentathlon Junior World Championships. Once it became a possibility for me, I was so excited to compete on the world stage, I never really considered not doing it.

What does representing the United States on the Senior National Team mean to you?

Representing the United States on the Senior National Team means that I get the opportunity to train with and compete against some of the best athletes in the world.
